Open Dynamic Map App to figure out why the filter is not working. There are 2 options that could explain why your filter isn’t working.

Option 1: Out of Sync

Edit and add missing filter chips.

Afterwards click Insert Code to make sure the code snippet is still current.

Option 2: Empty Option Fields

If any of your option fields are empty, the whole category does not work. You can create an option called "empty" that you're not showing on your project, but that you're adding to all items that don’t have a category.
